Who we are

What data we collect

When you send us an enquiry through a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number the message you write, and whether you ticked the optional newsletter box. We do not ask for any other personal data through this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs in order to keep the website secure and working.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Newsletter and marketing emails

Our forms have a separate, optional box for our newsletter. If you tick it, we will also use your name and email address to send you news about our new projects, available properties and offers. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You do not need to tick the box to send us an enquiry, and we never tick it for you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by writing to [email protected]. This does not affect emails sent before you withdrew. We keep your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe, together with a record of when and how you agreed.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies. It uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications, such as our hosting and email providers, and we keep enquiries in our own customer relationship management (CRM) system. These providers act on our instructions and must protect your data. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If your enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the related data for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018, you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased;
restrict or object to our processing of your data;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
